Boxing is the loneliest sport in the world. Despite the thousands of people cheering, a boxer steps in and out of the ring alone. Inside the ring, there is no help, no teammates, no time outs, just your fists and your wits. A boxer often leaves a part of themselves inside the ring, sometimes even their lives. Although the fans can show support from the sidelines, all the blood, sweat and tears are bore by the fighter, and the fighter alone.
